Jessie Harden

Jessie Harden was born and raised in central Kentucky. In 2014, she graduated from Campbellsville University with a double major in Sociology and Spanish. She obtained her yoga certification in 2018, and then opened the premier yoga studio here in her hometown. She is currently working as an English Language Consultant in her county public school system where she advocates for the local Hispanic/Latinx community.

Her passion lies in that of dialogue, navigating the social ‘whys’ in life, planning/streamlining, equity, the crossover of the emotional and creative aspects of living/healing, and building bridges between us all. When not working, Jessie enjoys traveling with her fiancé, hiking, lifting heavy weights, porch sitting, paddle sports, practicing yoga, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
